We are working with a WOM brokerage based in Milton Keynes. They specialise in First Time Buyers, BTL, Home Movers and New Build mortgages. This role is fully office based Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with an hours lunch. Soon they will be moving office to give access to free parking. Their support team is small however they are looking to expand so they can offer progression into an advisory role.
Some Duties for the Mortgage Support;
- In every encounter, uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
- Conducting fact finds.
- Work together with the mortgage adviser team to find cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Keep the customers records updates in the database.
- Ensure you’re staying in contact between initial enquiry until mortgage application.
- Respond to enquiries and concerns from clients.
- Telephoning warm leads and making appointments.
Skills required for the Mortgage Support role;
- A background in financial services/banking would be ideal, particularly in mortgages or property.
- Confident verbal and written communication.
- Good telephone manner, someone who enjoys speaking to people over the phone.
