I am delighted to be working with a brilliant Public Sector organisation who are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner on an 18 month fixed term contract who has extensive experience leading on large scale change and transformation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we manage change while supporting and empowering employees through periods of transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring people are supported through restructures, redeployment, or changes in ways of working.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, providing expert advice on employee relations, policy impacts, and organisational design.
- Develop and implement effective change management tools, templates, and processes aligned with organisational policies.
- Partner with leaders to drive people-focused change, coaching them to lead transitions effectively and maintain employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Trade Unions on consultation and engagement plans, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
What we're looking for:
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in leading and managing organisational change and complex employee relations issues.
- Strong ability to coach and influence leaders as well as develop and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record for decision making and building business cases.
- Excellent communication skills with experience with the ability to engage Trade Unions and driving positive outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practices in change management.
Salary & Benefits:
- £53,000 - £64,000 per annum
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Great employer pension contribution
- Hybrid working (3 days per week)
