Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills? My Client are looking for an Office Administrator to join the team. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day office tasks and ensuring smooth operations within our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and managing the office email inbox
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring stock levels are up to date
  • Managing filing systems and databases
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and general office support
  • Liaising with clients, visitors, and team members
  • Handling correspondence and ensuring paperwork is processed accurately

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A proactive and approachable attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
