In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day office tasks and ensuring smooth operations within our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and managing the office email inbox
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring stock levels are up to date
- Managing filing systems and databases
- Assisting with administrative tasks and general office support
- Liaising with clients, visitors, and team members
- Handling correspondence and ensuring paperwork is processed accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A proactive and approachable attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
