A local charity in Milton Keynes is seeking a temporary Supporter Care Administrator. 

Temporary contract for a minimum of 2 months. 

Hourly pay rate £13.73 - working hours 35 hours per week Mon - Fri.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Sending personalised thank-you letters to supporters who have contributed to fundraising efforts.
  • Reaching out to acknowledge contributions from supporters involved in charity campaigns, legacies, or other fundraising activities.
  • Ensuring each supporter feels valued and informed about the impact of their contribution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of communications and interactions with supporters.
  • Collaborating with the fundraising team to align the thanking process with overall supporter engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high levels of supporter satisfaction.
  • Experience in using CRM systems to manage supporter data is desirable.
