We are recruiting for an experienced individual to join our client’s team to support with processes and procedures across the business. The ideal candidate would have monitoring and testing or auditing experience.

Key responsibilities for a Compliance Coordinator

  • Help put the yearly risk-based Compliance Monitoring Programme in place.
  • Help with regular and special checks to ensure internal controls work well and follow rules.
  • Track if agreed fixes for control and compliance problems are completed.
  • Handle key conduct policies by managing employee declaration records.
  • Keep the company-wide Risk Register updated on time for reporting and oversight.
  • Maintain the policy and procedure library, ensuring annual reviews and ownership for audits.
  • Help coordinate the yearly plan for checking internal rules and dealership performance.
  • Gather key performance indicators (KPIs) to show Risk Register monitoring.

Key skills for a Compliance Coordinator

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, governance, risk management, data protection, or a compliance coordination role
  • Ability to multi-task
