  • Ensure full compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Environmental, and legislative requirements.

  • Conduct microbiological investigations and troubleshooting with R&D and site teams.

  • Drive root cause analysis and implement robust corrective actions.

  • Own the HACCP plan and lead the site HACCP team.

  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness at all times.

  • Champion quality training, toolbox talks, and site-wide engagement.

  • Support NPD and product launch activities.

  • Report on site performance and KPIs, and chair Quality Committee meetings.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience as a Quality Manager within FMCG (ideally food/drinks).

  • Strong leadership skills – confident in coaching, mentoring, and influencing across all levels.

  • Confident with authority but empathetic and relationship-driven.

  • Solid understanding of BRC and HACCP standards (Level 3 or above).

  • Skilled in managing audits, investigations, and quality reporting.

  • Proactive, driven and keen to lead change and raise standards.

Why Join?
  • 28 days holiday + flexible holiday trading

  • Life assurance & pension

  • Staff discounts, free products during working hours

  • Healthcare cash plan, Peppy Health access

  • Ongoing professional development

  • Flexible benefits (e.g. gym memberships, tech discounts)
