You will be providing a first class service to the company's members and stakeholders. This role has plenty of variety to keep you busy.
As a Regulatory Support Advisor you will provide vital and professional interaction with the members and stakeholders, to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing applications and enquiries from members and companies across the full range of regulatory areas, to include audits, investigate business and probate
- Accurately recording changes and amendments to regulated firms for licensing/registration purposes and for billing, liaising with other teams as necessary
- Managing changes sent in via the firm's Annual Return
- Being a trusted advisor to members and colleagues to promote high standards and solutions to problems
- Customer support via both the helpline and email, taking responsibility for enquiries through to resolution
Person Specification
- Customer Service to include Stakeholder engagement, with experience in handling all aspects of enquiries via phone and email
- High Level of Professionalism and Responsiveness
- Proven experience of managing applications, maintaining accurate records, with a good eye of detail
- Good Time Management skills
- Experience in providing guidance and solutions to enquiries or regulatory issues
- Experience of working with a team environment, to support business needs and ensure processes are dealt with proficiently.
