My client is a highly successful and ambitious Estate Agency, Lettings Agency and Property Management Group, who due to continued growth, are now looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:
- Register applicants, arrange and carry out property viewings, negotiate between landlords and applicants
- Prepare and upload accurate property details, ensuring compliance
- Generate new business opportunities
- Assisting with general Property Management queries
Required Skills and Qualifications for the Lettings Negotiator:
- Prior experience as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- First-class written and spoken English
- Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
