EAC are representing an Organisation in Milton Keynes who are on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join their fun, warm and welcoming team.

On Offer:

  • Salary £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
  • 1st Year OTE £50,000+
  • 2nd Year OTE £60,000
  • Monday - Friday hours

Duties for the Recruitment Consultant:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates to place professionals into NHS and private sector roles.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from client consultations to final placements.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand specific requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Staying current with market trends in healthcare recruitment to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team success through knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts.

Ideal Recruitment Consultant:

  • Proven experience within a Recruitment or Sales role
  • Strong understanding of what makes a good sales person
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with attention to detail
  • Healthcare Recruitment is a plus*
