Do you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We're looking for a committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Milton Keynes. Your support will play a vital role in helping young learners thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs in their daily learning activities.
- Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and personalized strategies for learning.
- Offer nurturing support to address students' social, emotional, and physical needs.
- Help create a positive, inclusive environment that encourages confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
- Essential: Experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with Autism, ADHD, or other learning challenges.
- A patient, empathetic, and committed attitude toward supporting children in their educational journey.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.
