Tradewind are working with a unique SEN school in Milton Keynes that are looking for a dynamic and vibrant SEN teaching assistant to join their team.

***Specialist Support Assistant

*** Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

***£85-£105 per day (depending on experience)

*** Immediate Start (Monday - Friday)

This friendly school supports students with complex health needs, significant learning challenges, and multiple disabilities. It offers a tailored curriculum to meet each student's unique needs, helping them grow and succeed. With a focus on each learner, students make strong progress. The school has strong connections with the local community, providing work experience and travel training to help students build important life skills and prepare for the future. School pets and the Bamboozle approach keep students interested and motivated. Staff also have opportunities for ongoing professional development (CPD) and career growth, which helps improve their skills and supports the school's success.

Requirements for the Specialist Support Assistant role:

  • Previous experience working with learning with learning disabilities.
  • SEN qualification (preferred)
  • Must be able to commit to 5 days per week between 8.30am and 3.45pm
  • Willing to take on training and development provided by the agency and school.
