Salary: 33,000 - 38,000 (plus shift allowances) Overtime is available and is paid at a higher rate
Shifts Available: Days, Alternating Earlies/Lates (12.5% Shift Allowance), Nights (33% Shift Allowance)
Are you an experienced Welder/Fabricator looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in Milton Keynes, where you will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components to create various structures, machinery, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
- Weld metal components using MIG welding (essential) and, where applicable, TIG, Stick, and Arc welding (desirable).
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts to precise dimensions and specifications.
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Proven experience in MIG welding (essential).
- Desirable experience in TIG, Stick, and Arc welding.
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and drawings.
- A recognised qualification within the industry.
