Konker is recruiting for an Architect, Senior Architect, or Associate level Architect to join a RIBA practice in Somerset.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and offers a salary between £35,000 and £50,000 depending on previous experience.
The successful candidate will work across all RIBA stages, manage projects, and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
This employee-owned practice provides additional benefits such as a tax-free bonus based on profit and personal performance.
Hybrid working is available, but there is a preference for employees to be present in the office.

Konker is recruiting for an Architect, Senior Architect or Associate level Architect to join an RIBA practice. Based in a thriving market town in Somerset, this RIBA practice is looking for another experienced Architect to join their team. They are seeking an Architect to help grow the Somerset office further while working on exciting projects. This practice of 8 has recently become employee-owned, giving you extra benefits as an employee within the business, including a tax-free bonus, subject to profit/personal performance. They work on a wide variety of projects across Devon & Somerset including barn conversions, bespoke new builds, listed & historic buildings plus much more. The Position: Architect / Senior Architect / Associate Architect

Working across all RIBA Stages
Using Vectorworks (Training Given)
Liaising with clients and different stakeholders
Project Management & Contract Administration
Helping other colleagues in the office

Salary for this position is between £35,000-£50,000 depending on previous experience. Hybrid working is also offered but with a preference of being in the office. To Be Considered:- Architect / Senior Architect / Associate Architect

Live within a commutable distance of their Somerset office
Driver license & car owner
ARB Registered is essential
Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations & UK Planning System
Previous experience using Vectorworks is advantageous but not essential.
