Job Title: Verification Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Verification Specialist to join our Service Delivery team. The primary purpose of this role is to assist in ensuring the efficient delivery of quality verification. You will be responsible for producing consistent, high-quality results while maintaining our company mission: to help bring workers home safely from high-hazard jobs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support as a key part of the Service Delivery team.

Review and input data in line with internal and external standards.

Achieve high-quality assurance in line with internal targets, delivering timely service.

Understand standards and offer support, knowledge, and guidance to contractors and team members.

Provide outstanding customer service in line with SLAs.

Input data accurately and timely, aware of performance indicators and associated policies.

Support other departments and team members with various processes, systems, and internal support material.

Complete a target number of verification/assessments to the associated standard.

Uphold the business's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and providing feedback on system, process, and customer journey developments.

Utilise multiple software solutions, including general website navigation, spreadsheet familiarity, and proficiency with cloud-based technology such as Microsoft Office.

Perform other ad hoc duties as appropriate and in line with the role.

Knowledge and Experience

Entry-level role.

Accurate keyboard and computer skills.

Sound knowledge and experience in all Microsoft desktop applications.

Ability to organise and prioritise workload.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work independently
