Join our team at SUEZ as a Data Administrator, whether you’re an experienced administrator or new to the field, we invite you to apply for our position based in Morden. No prior experience is required, instead, we’re looking for a motivated individual who has a positive attitude with the desire to learn and grow within our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working as a team to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across 30 sites in the South East region.
  • Review and analyse data reports to support raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Using bespoke systems such as COUPA, LMS and MM (all training to be provided)
  • Supporting solve customer queries via telephone
  • There will be other administrative tasks which will need to be completed

Salary: £23,373.00 plus £1000 geographical allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Morden, South London

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

What you’ll need to apply:

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong administration skills, including producing coherent reports.
  • IT proficiency, including MS Office suite and the ability to learn other software packages.
  • Numerate and comfortable working with figures
  • Great communication skills
  • A team player, approachable and with good people skills.
