Executive Assistant & Compliance Officer

£30-35k DOE

Supporting a high-end brand within a successful business-to-business manufacturing environment, the role as Executive Assistant & Compliance Officer is a critical role to the business. Working closely with the MD and General Manager at site, you will enjoy a varied role supporting the board and senior leadership team in a variety of tasks. You will also work closely with the business and production teams on varied areas of compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attending and minuting senior level meetings
  • Overseeing compliance processes relating to ISO14001 and ISO50001 and audits
  • Maintaining H&S and varied certifications relating to manufacturing and production processes
  • Compiling and submitting reports to internal departments and external industry bodies
  • Manage administration relating to procurements of key products and services
  • Varied additional office management tasks as required

Skills & Experience

  • Experience and ability to work with various IT applications including a good knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Positive, flexible with a 'can-do approach’
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with people at all levels
  • Significant experience in a PA, EA or Office Manager role
  • Experience of working within manufacturing with an understanding of ISO and Health & Safety compliance is highly advantageous

Working Hours and Benefits

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. until 5.00 pm
