Anderselite is currently working with a RIBA-registered architecture and interior design practice specialising in the leisure, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Based in South Wales, this dynamic team delivers innovative and practical designs across the UK.

They are now looking for an Architect/Part 2 Architectural Assistant/Architectural Technician to join their growing team and contribute to a range of small to medium-scale projects (£200k–£1M).

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with feasibility studies, planning applications, building regulations submissions, technical drawings, and contract administration.
Work collaboratively with architects and interior designers to develop impactful presentations.
Manage and oversee multiple projects (3-5 at a time) at different stages.
Support the team in maintaining high-quality design and technical standards.

Ideal Candidate:
Qualified with UK-based experience in hospitality and leisure projects.
Strong understanding of RIBA Stages 1-4, planning processes, and building regulations.
Experience job running.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to travel to sites across the UK as needed (must hold a full, clean UK driving licence).
