An established, design-led architecture studio near Tarporley is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its close-knit team. Specialising in high-end residential projects across the UK, the practice delivers bespoke, detail-driven homes that reflect the unique aspirations of each client. This role offers the opportunity to be involved across all project stages, from planning through to on-site delivery, with real input into the future of the studio.

Daily Duties
- Produce technical drawings and specifications for planning, tender, and construction.
- Manage Building Regulations submissions.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Attend site visits and client meetings.
- Support project management and contract administration during construction.
- Maintain drawing standards and stay up to date with technical regulations and materials.
Ideal Candidate
- Several years' experience in a similar role, preferably within high-end residential.
- Strong AutoCAD skills (SketchUp and Adobe Suite are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- Confident communicator with excellent coordination skills.
- Able to manage workload independently across multiple projects.
- CIAT registered or working towards preferred.
