SUMMARY OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To effectively plan and deliver, under the direction of your manager, building surveying and tenant liaison services in the planning, maintenance, improvement and investment in the Council's Housing stock and other assets held within the HRA. To ensure that value for money is delivered through all projects. To effectively target available resources to achieve value for money.
