Are you looking for a flexible hybrid position with a respectful employer?Can you work accurately in a fast-paced environment?Are you comfortable supporting top management?If so, read on......Your new companyThe role will see you providing overall support to the Executive Leadership Team, Board and its subcommittees, including supporting the CEO's Office to organise, collate and issue all agendas and committee papers, take and distribute accurate minutes and update forward plans and action trackers as necessary. You will also provide personal support to non-executive directors, and work alongside executive assistants to co-ordinate Executive Leadership Team members' diaries and workflows.Your new roleProvide secretarial services to support the Board and its subcommittees, non-executive directors and the executive leadership team, including managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments and being the first point of contact as required.Collate and distribute papers, take and circulate minutes and take responsibility for updating actions arising from those meetings.Provide such other support to the Chair of the Board and other non-executive directors as is necessary to ensure they are able to carry out their duties effectively.Contribute towards our departmental objectives and team plan so that everything operates effectively and meets its corporate objectives.Proactively manage the non-executive directors and executive leadership team, maintain email and electronic diaries, manage stakeholders, organise and make travel / accommodation arrangements, process expense claims and any other administrative tasks as they arise.Act as gatekeeper for contact with the Chair and other non-executive directors, using your own initiative to resolve issues and respond to queries as appropriate.Plan and co-ordinate meetings in conjunction with colleagues in your teamWork with directors and their executive assistants to maintain a forward plan of items to ensure that relevant papers are produced on time, for distribution in high-quality electronic meeting packs.Take and produce accurate minutes for a variety of meetings (including decision-making committees) across the business.Support the Manager and your wider team in the provision of a high-quality service and governance arrangements across the organisation.Acknowledge and deal with correspondence, producing draft responses where possible whilst ensuring confidentiality at all times.Co-ordinate the submission of timely reports as and when required.Sign agreed correspondence on behalf of executives and non-executives in their absence.
