• Work closely with the Head of Grain to optimise trading strategies.
• Represent the company's values and objectives in all business dealings.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in agricultural sales, grain buying, or a similar role.
• A solid understanding of the seed and grain market.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in dealing with farmers.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, with a drive to succeed and a passion for agriculture.
• An agricultural qualification is desirable but not essential.
