Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with?a purposeful business and charity who inspire young people to volunteer overseas. They are?looking to recruit an organised and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team and work closely with the Head of Finance.
The successful Bookkeeper will be responsible for general accounting and day-to-day bookkeeping and working across several internal systems to oversee accounts payable and receivable. This role will also involve working with multi-currencies and across a number of partner organisations, therefore the successful candidate must have high attention to detail and be able to manage a large workload. Alongside the Head of Finance, the successful Bookkeeper will also be involved with preparing quarterly VAT returns and reporting on company finances.
This vacancy could be well suited to an experienced Bookkeeper who is organised and self-sufficient with a really strong knowledge of Xero. If you are flexible and adaptable with a wealth of knowledge in general day-to-day bookkeeping, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:
- AAT qualified Bookkeeper
- Experience using accountancy software (Xero)
- Previous experience working with multi-currencies would be an advantage but not required??
- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to manage own diary and be flexible to adapt and adjust to situations due to time differences between overseas hubs?
