Customer Service Representative•    Job Type: Temporary, to start asap ongoing for at least the next 6 months with possible extension.•    Location: Newbury•    Salary: £13.50 per hour

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client on a temporary basis.This role is crucial for assisting with customer queries and requires a candidate with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow through tasks meticulously.

Day to Day of the role:•    Investigate and resolve invoice disputes.•    Process credits and orders efficiently.•    Arrange returns, collections, and handle proof of delivery and pricing requests.•    Manage incoming emails and calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.•    Proactively communicate with internal and external customers.•    Log issues, follow up on resolutions, and communicate outcomes back to the customer.•    Execute tasks and support colleagues across a number of complex areas and processes.•    Organise and prioritise tasks effectively in collaboration with your team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Excellent attention to detail and diligence.•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to see tasks through to completion.•    Good working knowledge and understanding of customer service processes and systems.•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.•    Professional expertise in customer service.
