Role Overview:

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of successful financial planners and their clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring that client relationships are managed effectively and efficiently. This position offers excellent flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home four days a week and only one day in the office, although during the initial training period, you will be required to work in the office 2-3 days per week. Therefore, you must be within a reasonable commuting distance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative support to a team of financial planners.
  • Preparing and processing new business applications and client documentation.
  • Maintaining client records and ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Handling client queries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting with the preparation of client review meetings and reports.
  • Liaising with product providers and other third parties as required.
  • Supporting the wider team with various administrative tasks and projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A reasonable commuting distance from the office location for the training period.
