- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a holistic approach to financial planning
- Conduct thorough fact-finding to understand client needs and objectives
- Prepare and present detailed financial plans and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial advice
- Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies
- Chartered Financial Planner status (CII or equivalent)
- Proven track record of managing a client portfolio and delivering high-quality advice
- In-depth knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
