I am seeking an experienced school administrator who must have a DBS on the update service to support a prestigious school in Newcastle who require additional support in their administration team.

The role is to start as soon as possible on a rolling basis. It is expected to last until Christmas in the short-term and this may be extended.

The role involves supporting the external relations department to:

  • lead the school's marketing activities to inspire prospective parents;
  • deliver high quality and engaging communications content through the school website and social media channels;
  • support with regular communications and events for current parents
  • maintain contact with the school's alumni, former staff and parents through engaging events and publications;
  • support with wide-randing and inspiring fundraising activities.

This role will be incredibly varied and interesting with every day being different. You will be:

  • thanking and feeding back to the school's donors;
  • reconciling income;
  • taking event bookings;
  • supporting colleagues in other areas such as admissions.
