Your role will include:
  • Challenge the status quo: Engage in day-to-day operations, infusing fresh ideas, and ensuring efficient delivery of commercial services.
  • Commercial Savvy: Understand the nuances of incentivising a public sector workforce and translating strategy into tangible outcomes.
  • Digital strategy: Ability to drive forward our digital strategy.
  • Estates Strategy Leadership: Spearhead our Estates strategy, ensuring effective utilisation of physical assets.
  • Value for Money (VFM): Delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Revenue Generation and Development: Guiding major projects toward successful outcomes.
