We are looking for a strong high-volume Marketer with 2-3 years’ experience of successfully managing campaigns across all channels in particular email marketing, marketing automation, and lead generating programs. This is a role for someone who likes to get stuck into the data, with great analytical skills. Do you have a passion for AI? And use automation and AI to manage workload and improve performance?

In this role you be behind the high-volume demand generation efforts for this outstanding SaaS business, your focus will be the SMB and alliance/partner segments. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive significant growth!Data. Email Marketing. CRM. Reporting. Automation. AI.

The Role:You will build and manage a high-performing Tier 3 demand generation engine that consistently delivers a significant volume of qualified leads and also expands the reach of the business within the SMB and partner sectors. Key role that will contribute significantly to overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted, high-volume demand generation campaigns for SMB, alliance, and other Tier 3 market segments.
  • Leverage data, marketing automation, and AI-powered tools to personalize messaging, segment audiences, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability rates, engaging content, and effective calls to action.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and other conversion assets to maximize lead capture.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Demand Generation to ensure alignment and seamless handoffs between Tier 2 and Tier 3 campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging technologies in high-volume, data-driven demand generation, particularly in relation to email deliverability and best practices for bulk sending.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners, providing them with the resources and support they need to generate leads and drive joint marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong focus on high-volume, data-driven campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices and experience with bulk email sending platforms.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working with channel partners and developing partner marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with ABM principles and tactics will be very helpful.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools is desirable.
