Join one of the leading House Builders in the UK with a great reputation and commitment to Health & Safety. This role will manage sites across the North East region supporting on all aspects of Health, Safety & Environment, upholding high standards and implementing positive change.
You will be responsible for 10-15 sites and have full autonomy to manage your time to meet the needs of each site. As you would expect, this includes CDM, scaffolding, investigations, data collection and coaching to achieve both compliance and best practise standards. You will visit sites and look for ways to improve ways of working, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and what is expected.
Ideal experience for the Safety, Health & Environment role include:
- NEBOSH qualified as a minimum
- Experience within the Construction sector from any discipline
- Able to and enjoy working autonomously
- High standards when it comes to Health & Safety
- Working knowledge of CDM regulations and responsibilities
- Same with Scaffolding and inspections
- Previous experience or qualification in Environmental or Fire would be great
