  • Event Management
    • Drive bookings for corporate and private events, including weddings, away days, and more.
    • Manage the full event lifecycle – from initial inquiries and venue tours to execution and post-event follow-ups.
    • Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Social Media & Marketing
    • Plan and deliver engaging content across all social media platforms to boost audience engagement and footfall.
    • Utilise tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts and monitor performance.
    • Create impactful email marketing campaigns to promote events and special offers.
    • Build relationships with PR and media contacts to enhance brand visibility.
    • Ensure all promotional materials, including photography and copy, are on-brand and high-quality.
  • Commercial Responsibilities
    • Work towards set revenue targets for events and bar sales.
    • Generate leads and establish partnerships to maximise commercial opportunities.
    • Identify innovative, cost-effective marketing strategies to enhance revenue growth.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in social media management and event planning, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing systems, and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.
  • A commercially driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Creativity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
