Description
- Provide financial support and insights to drive business decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Prepare financial reports for senior management
- Participate in cross-functional projects
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Business or a related field
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Experience in financial modelling and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry
