The RoleAs a Financial Reporting and Advisor Supervisor, a typical day could include:

Preparing high quality statutory financial statements
Working with other members of the team to deliver coherent advisory services.
Assisting clients with complex accounting regulations.
Delegating tasks to junior members of staff, providing guidance and mentoring.
Engaging with clients and building strong long-term relationships.

The Requirements and ProcessTo qualify for this role as a Financial Reporting and Advisory Supervisor, you should:

Have a strong background in accountancy practice.
Hold a chartered accountant qualification (ACA/ACCA).

Be a confident and professional communicator.
