We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead our clients Accounting & Finance team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, ensuring business profitability, and driving strategic financial planning.

Description
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
- Coordinate, analyse and report the financial performance to the Management and Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with the local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Create and manage financial reporting systems that comply with government regulations and legislation.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
- Find cost-reduction opportunities to achieve financial objectives.
Profile
A successful 'Head of Finance' should have:
- A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Understanding of business practices and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- International experience is essential for this role
