Your new companyEstablished education provider with a reputation for excellence, a professional and collaborative team and long-term opportunities to progress.Your new roleAs a qualified accountant, you will have well-developed skills at managing all aspects of financial operations and a nurturing and motivational leadership style. You will demonstrate excellent technical accounting knowledge, and be experienced at preparing for, and leading through, the audit process. As well as this, monthly management accounting duties, management of assets and estates as well as budgeting and forecasting and closely monitoring cashflow. Your skills will include liaison with senior stakeholders and the ability to prepare reports for the board.What you'll need to succeedAs a qualified accountant with significant experience, you will be on the lookout for a finance operations position which affords autonomy and responsibility. Your engaging communication style will be essential to achieving success. Ideally, a background in the education sector would be helpful. However, this isn't essential. Your experience of managing and developing teams, encouraging and motivating them to meet strategic objectives, and your attention to detail will be utilised extensively.
