Description
- Finance Business Partner providing support, challenge and insight to the key stakeholder group across 3 Regional sites
- Issue timely and complete financial statements to the senior management and identify risks and opportunities to enable delivery of the targets
- Develop, rigorously challenge, and question the budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs
- Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts
Profile
A successful Regional Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- A professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Broad knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable analytical and organisational skills
- A self-starter with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
