Our client, a well-established company based on the outskirts of Newcastle City Centre, is searching for a vibrant Administrator to join their team.

  • Full time permanent position.
  • Free parking available on site.
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm / Friday 8:30am-4pm (37 hours per week)
  • Competitive annual salary of 23,000.

Role Responsibilities:

  • General office duties to support the office manager and senior staff members.
  • Preparation of technical reports, certificates, quotes, and invoices.
  • Dealing with clients face to face and over the phone.
  • Efficient email management.
  • Warm reception duties.
  • Preparing and delivering refreshments for internal meetings and training sessions.
  • Processing card payments.
  • Ordering consumables.
  • Maintenance of the records system.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Assisting with preparing technical reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver top-quality customer service.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office.
