You will work closely with various departments to design, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions that meet business needs while ensuring high performance, security, and availability.Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the company’s SharePoint environment (on-premise, online, or hybrid).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint services to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Manage SharePoint site collections, libraries, lists, and workflows.
  • Customize SharePoint sites based on user requirements and ensure a user-friendly experience.
  • Implement security best practices and manage permissions for SharePoint users and groups.
  • Assist with SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to users.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and design SharePoint solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Stay updated on the latest SharePoint features, updates, and industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator, with expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, or hybrid environments.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, governance, and site collection administration.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint management.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive integrations.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and compliance policies.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools and processes (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with SharePoint development, including custom web parts, workflows, and apps.
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate) are a plus.
