We are working with a fast-growing Global Tech business who are recruiting a Head of People & Culture to join them in shaping the best place to work.

What will you be doing:

  • Leading on promoting the company’s culture and colleague engagement through communication and on-boarding
  • Managing the Talent acquisition through systems, graduate recruitment and apprenticeships
  • Identifying training opportunities across the business and facilitating and organising training courses
  • Supporting line managers with Employment Regulations and best practice
  • Providing support to team members, over and above what line managers provide in order to help the team thrive and grow
  • Managing and ER cases, including overseeing processes, facilitating meetings and advising managers and colleagues
  • Developing and keeping People policies and procedures up to date

What will you have:

  • A natural ability to communicate well at all levels
  • An ability to work respectfully with people with a diverse range of backgrounds and opinions
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to problem solving
  • An ability to setup new systems from scratch
  • CIPD L5 or 7
