Reed HR are supporting a dynamic and innovative technology SME in Newcastle, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions and services to their clients. They are looking for a talented HR & Recruitment Manager to join the team and help them attract, develop, and retain top talent.

This is a full-time, permanent role paying circa £45,000 DOE. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and manage employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage HR metrics and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
