Robert Half are recruiting an Interim HR Manager for a large multinational business with a manufacturing plant based in Newcastle for a 6 month interim assignment.

The role

Reporting into the Plant Manager with a dotted line into the European HR Director, duties of the role will include:

  • Managing a team of 5 HR professionals
  • Partner with the Plant Manager and the Senior Leadership team to support day to day operations
  • Provide guidance and advice on employee relations and HR policies and procedures
  • Work with Operations Managers and the Talent Acquisition Partner on recruitment campaigns
  • Oversee the weekly and monthly payroll and ensure compliance

The Candidate

To be considered for this Interim HR Manager role, we require candidates to be:

  • Immediately available and willing to consider interim assignments
  • Previous experience in HR leadership roles
  • CIPD qualified is a preference but not essential
  • HR Generalist background

Renumeration

The pay rate on offer for this Interim HR Manager role is £250-£300 per day dependent on experience
