Our Client:We are delighted to be working with a major social enterprise organisation with their search for a short term position within their friendly HR Team.Our client is looking for an ER Case Manager who is based in the North East, and can handle a varied caseload of ER and escalations until the end of the year.

The Role:•    Diving into data, uncovering insights to guide managers across the business on absence, performance, and more. •    Advise and coach managers on general HR concerns and steering through formal processes with empathy and effectiveness. •    Plan and deliver your next engaging upskilling session for managers, making people management a breeze for them. •    Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, identifying and tackling key challenges to make a real difference. •    Contribute to Apprentice HR Assistant's growth, sharing your wisdom and experience for their development. •    Embrace a proactive and energised approach, driving self-service and first-time-right solutions in HR practices.  The Ideal Candidate will have:•    Solid experience of managing employee relations matters, including absence, performance, conduct, and probation.•    A robust foundation in employment legislation and HR processes, offering accurate advice that hits the mark every time. •    A flair for spreadsheets and data analysis, making proactive recommendations that genuinely improve practices. •    Ability to embrace a ‘digital first’ approach to how we work with our stakeholders and embrace in-person working with the HR team.  •    A commitment to continuous learning, keeping abreast of best practice and legal changes in HR to stay ahead of the curve.  For more detail about this exciting opportunity please contact
