The Senior HR Advisor will support the HR Manager with all day-to-day operational activities, as well as implementing the site HR strategy and a variety of people projects.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager with all day-to-day operational HR activities
- Provide support and coaching to line managers on all ER issues (disciplinaries, sickness/ absence management, performance, grievance)
- Provide general HR advisory support to the wider business
- Support on any complex HR and ER processes and queries
- Deal with a range of general HR queries, ensuring that processes are consistent processes
- Manage HR processes including onboarding, recruitment, induction and compliance
- Maintain accurate internal records to ensure compliance with GDPR
- Maintain knowledge of changes in employment law and best practice
- Support on a variety of HR projects and initiatives
Profile
- Previous experience in a hands-on HR generalist or advisory role
- Excellent knowledge of employment law
- Excellent ER experience
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD qualification, or equivalent level of experience
