The Senior HR Advisor will support the HR Manager with all day-to-day operational activities, as well as implementing the site HR strategy and a variety of people projects.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager with all day-to-day operational HR activities
  • Provide support and coaching to line managers on all ER issues (disciplinaries, sickness/ absence management, performance, grievance)
  • Provide general HR advisory support to the wider business
  • Support on any complex HR and ER processes and queries
  • Deal with a range of general HR queries, ensuring that processes are consistent processes
  • Manage HR processes including onboarding, recruitment, induction and compliance
  • Maintain accurate internal records to ensure compliance with GDPR
  • Maintain knowledge of changes in employment law and best practice
  • Support on a variety of HR projects and initiatives

Profile

  • Previous experience in a hands-on HR generalist or advisory role
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent ER experience
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • CIPD qualification, or equivalent level of experience
