The Role

We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic Application Support Engineer with a desire to develop and progress within the business. You will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and optimisation of core business systems, ensuring customers receive a great level of support and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have experience of some of the following. The below list isn’t exhaustive, it’s more to provide an idea. If you’re meeting a handful of the required points, we’d still encourage you to apply:

• Experience within a similar Application Support role
• Working knowledge of Office 365
• Experience supporting business systems/bespoke software
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
