We are looking for a competent focussed IT Engineer who can support business customers with IT issues and requirements.Must have: Windows / Office 365 support experience, passion for technology and IT, (server experience a bonus), hardware & software support.

The Role:

Diagnose, repair, install and maintain computer and other IT related equipment and services for internal business customers
Speaking to business customers and their employees regarding IT requirements
Organising appointment times
Preparing reports and maintaining records as required
Provide general support to customers
Any other reasonable duties required by management

We need:

Proven experience in an IT support role with Windows / Office 365 support experience
Passionate about IT and Technology
Hardware and software support experience, server experience advantageous
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and operating systems
Familiarity with MS Dynamics, Remedy, or similar ticketing systems
Great communication, organisation and customer service skills.
