Your Mission

In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in the Corporate team, contributing to its continued success and growth. You will focus on a variety of corporate legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buy-ins, buyouts, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and providing general corporate governance advice.
Depending on your level of experience, you will manage your own transactions, liaise with clients, and collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm. You will be expected to provide commercially driven solutions while fostering strong client relationships. Above all, you will embrace teamwork, contributing to a culture of excellence with a personable and approachable attitude.

Key Competencies

  • At least two years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
  • Proven expertise in transactional work, with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage and lead transactions with minimal supervision (for higher PQE applicants).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented outlook.
