Job Description: Family Legal Aid Solicitor

Position: Legal Aid Solicitor (Open to All Levels)

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a broad range of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand your expertise in unfamiliar areas of law.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in family law.
  • Ability to conduct court hearings independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
