- Preparation and drafting of legal documents such as Wills, trusts, LPAs, and associated paperwork.
- Expert guidance to clients throughout probate and estate administration, including drafting legal statements, HMRC forms, deeds, and asset transfer documentation.
- Supervision and support of junior team members.
- Active participation in business development initiatives.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience handling private client matters.
- Profound knowledge of private client law, encompassing wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, tax planning, and asset protection.
- Previous supervisory or training experience is advantageous.
- Ideally, membership in STEP, though not essential.
