Are you an experienced IFA administrator that is looking for a new challenge? If so, this exciting new opportunity might be just what you’re looking for. This role will be focused on providing support to the advisory team in their efforts to provide exceptional service to both existing and prospective new clients.

The Business

The business is a fast-growing and well-established Financial Services practice with offices across the UK. The business is growing organically, as well as through acquisitions, hence the need to expand the support team. This position is based in their Newcastle office.

The Role

You’ll be working closely with the Client Service Team Manager to assist the firm’s advisory team and the roles responsibilities will be varied. You might be involved in preparing client reports or meeting packs. You could be assisting with obtaining information from third party providers relating to policy details, fund information or necessary documentation. You may be assisting with the preparation of review documentation and/or annual suitability reports, as well as addressing any system-generated tasks.
