PLEASE NOTE DUE TO LOCATION YOU WILL NEED TO DRIVE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A VEHICLE.

Looking for a Junior Office Support Administrator, working between the hours of 8am-6pm (rotating shifts) Mon to Fri 35 hours a week.

The Role:

Supporting a small friendly team, you will provide administration support to a variety of internal departments. Daily duties could include:

  • Review and prioritise all incoming emails/post
  • Cross reference existing files and databases
  • Scanning and uploading documentation/correspondence
  • Set up new cases
  • Process payments.
  • Liaise internally and with external parties to deal with queries.
  • Maintain records and archives

The Person:

  • Have customer service and/or admin experience
  • Willing to learn and develop into the role
  • Experience with Outlook, and other Windows packages
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent communication skills
