Job Purpose

  • Oversee a varied and rapidly growing client portfolio
  • Support the Corporate Finance team with all elements of shareholder changes, M&As and trade sales
  • Oversee transactional services including management buy-outs, management buy-ins, employee ownership trust etc.
  • Draft valuation reports, forecasts and projections
  • Oversee business valuation processes
  • Build trusted and long-standing client relationships, acting as their go-to advisor
  • Promote the firm at networking events and scope out new business opportunities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, including reviewing work
  • Champion your own development by undertaking further learning opportunities where possible
  • Assist Senior team and Partners by undertaking ad-hoc projects where required

Job Requirements

  • CTA / ATT / ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
  • Qualified by experience also considered
  • Strong experience in a corporate finance role within practice
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build enhanced relationships
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload autonomously
  • Self-motivated, professional and reliable
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel etc
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • An enthusiasm to progress within the firm, undertaking continuous professional development
